Where do you work?
Bradford West Gwillimbury, including Bond Head, plus nearby Holland Landing and Innisfil. Not sure if you're covered? Send your postal code on WhatsApp.
How do I book?
Fill in the request form or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a price and an arrival window, and the booking is confirmed once you agree.
Do I need to be home?
Not for most jobs. Leave the keys somewhere safe and tell us where in your notes. For mechanical work we'll message you before we start and when we finish.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes, as long as we're allowed to work in the parking lot. Check with your building or property manager first.
Payment and Pricing
When do I pay?
After the job is finished and you've checked it. We take Interac e-Transfer and credit or debit card.
Why are some services "quote"?
Oil, brakes, batteries and tires depend on your vehicle. Send the year, make and model and we reply with an exact price before anything is booked.
I have a quote from another shop. Can you beat it?
Send it to us with the shop name and price. We'll tell you straight away what we can do.
Do SUVs and trucks cost more?
For detailing, yes. SUVs are 15% more than a car, and 3-row SUVs, trucks and minivans are 30% more, because there's more surface to clean.
On the Day
Do I need to supply water or power?
No. Our technicians bring their own. For detailing we may ask to use an outdoor tap if one is close by.
How long does a job take?
A tire swap or oil change takes about 45 minutes. A full detail takes about 3 hours, and paint correction takes most of a day.
What about rain, snow or the cold?
Mechanical work and interior detailing run year round. Exterior detailing and coatings need dry weather or a garage, and we reschedule for free if the weather turns.
Will you leave a mess on my driveway?
No. We use drip mats for oil and fluids and take used oil, filters, batteries and packaging away with us.
