Quotes and bookings

Detailing prices on this website are for a car, with set increases for larger vehicles. Mechanical work is quoted for your vehicle before it is booked. A booking is confirmed once you accept the price and arrival window we send you.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished and you've had a chance to check it. We accept Interac e-Transfer and credit or debit card. Nothing is charged before the work is done.

Your vehicle and site

• Please make sure we have safe, legal access to the vehicle at the service address.
• Remove valuables from the vehicle before an interior detail.
• Tell us about any known damage, warning lights or aftermarket parts in your request.

Weather and rescheduling

Exterior detailing and coatings need dry weather or a garage. If the weather turns, we reschedule at no charge. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule.

Work that needs a shop

If we find that a repair can't be done safely in a driveway, we'll tell you before going further. You only pay for work that was agreed and completed.

Concerns about a job

If something isn't right, tell us before we leave or as soon as you notice it. We'll come back and make it right where the issue is with our work.
